Set up your company, install the app, sign in.

- Windows says "Windows protected your PC" when I install. Is it safe?Yes. Windows shows this for new apps it hasn’t seen on many computers yet.2 steps
- Why does the Mac app ask for permissions?macOS asks you to allow two things. Accessibility lets Timerfly see which app is in use; Screen Recording lets it read website addresses and window titles, and take screenshots if your company uses them.4 steps· with a picture
- I got an invite email. What do I do?Click the button in the email, choose a password, then install the desktop app.3 steps· For employees
- How do I sign in to the desktop app?With the same email and password you use on the Timerfly website.4 steps· with a picture
- I forgot my password.Reset it from the sign-in page. The link we email works for one hour.4 steps
- How do I change my password?In Account & security, click Change password.3 steps
- How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?In Account & security, set it up with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator. After that, signing in needs your password and a 6-digit code.5 steps· with a picture
- How do I reach Timerfly support?Open Help in the menu and click Contact support at the bottom.
- I belong to two companies. How do I choose one?In the desktop app you choose the company when you sign in. To change it, sign out of the app and sign in again.
