Cancellation and refund policy

Every company can try Timerfly free for 14 days before paying anything, so you know what you're buying. This policy covers what happens after you pay.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by writing to support@timerfly.com from the account owner's email address.
• The plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed after it.
• Your data stays available (read-only once the plan ends) until you ask us to delete it; see the Privacy policy.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: the current month isn't refunded when you cancel; you won't be charged again.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, the year isn't refunded, and the plan runs to the end of the year.
• Fewer people: reducing the number of people takes effect at the next renewal.
• Charged by mistake (a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled): we refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The time for it to show in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
