How the trial works

What happens when the trial ends?
The 14-day trial has every feature. After it, everything keeps working for 3 more days; then the workspace pauses until you choose a plan.

How many people can I add during the trial?
Up to 50, counting invites not yet accepted. Need more for the trial? Ask us and we’ll raise it.
Which plan do I need?
Starter for tracking, attendance, shifts and reports. Pro adds projects, alerts, leave and offline time. Business adds screenshots every 2 or 3 minutes, settings per department or person, office or remote, the API and more.
The Plans page lists everything in each plan. Every plan has unlimited people and full history.
How is the price counted?
Per person, per month. Paying yearly costs less. Deactivated people don’t count.
How do I choose a plan and pay?
On Plans, click the plan, choose monthly or yearly and how many people, fill in your invoice details and pay.
How can I pay?
By card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay — once, or by autopay every month. Outside India, by international card in US dollars.
Prefer bank transfer? Click Request one under a plan and we send an invoice first.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. 18% GST is added to every payment in India, and you get a GST invoice. Enter your GSTIN when you pay to claim the input credit.
Not GST-registered? Choose Not GST-registered and give a name and state for the invoice.
How do I add or remove people on my plan?
On Plans, click Change head count. Adding people charges for the days left; fewer people apply from the next payment.
You can’t go below the number of active people — deactivate the ones who’ve left first.
How do I move to a bigger plan in the middle of my year or month?
On Plans, click Upgrade to Pro (or Business). You pay only the difference for the days left, plus GST, and the new plan switches on at once.
Your paid-until date stays the same; when you renew, it’s at the new plan’s price.
A smaller plan starts when you renew: request it on Plans and we’ll switch it then. On autopay, or a plan we set up for you by invoice, request the change and we’ll do it.
How do I stop autopay?
Stop the mandate in your UPI app or bank, or write to us and we’ll stop it. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Our workspace says "paused". What now?
The trial or plan ended without payment. The owner chooses a plan on Plans and everything comes back at once, including the days in between.
While paused, nothing is deleted and the apps keep recording time.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of paying. Monthly: the current month isn’t refunded. Anything charged by mistake is always refunded.
Refunds go back to how you paid, within 5–7 working days. The full policy is on timerfly.com/refunds.
