What counts as productive, and how to change it.

- What does neutral mean?Time in an app or site no rule mentions. It counts as work time, but not as productive time.
- What is the difference between productivity and effectiveness?Effectiveness = productive time ÷ the hours you’re expected to work. Productivity = productive time ÷ your time at the computer.
- How do I see who used an app, and for what?Click the app’s name in Reports or on someone’s day. Its page shows who used it, on which days, the window titles, and why it counts the way it does.· For managers and admins
