Someone didn’t get the invite, or it expired.
For owners and admins
Send it again from Team → People, or copy the link and send it yourself.
- 1Open Team → People.
- 2Find the person (status Invited or Invite expired).
- 3Click Resend, or Copy link and paste it into WhatsApp or email.
An invite works for 7 days. You can resend a few times, a few minutes apart. Ask them to check spam too.
