Timerfly + Google Chat
For companies on Google Workspace, Timerfly posts alerts to a Google Chat space: who’s late, idle or on a long break, each with a link to that person’s day.
On the Pro and Business plans, and in the 14-day free trial.
What you get
- Alerts for a late start, idle too long, too much unproductive time, a long break, too much break time, overtime, someone starting or stopping work, the app not reporting for days, or one person signed in on two computers.
- A private space for managers keeps alerts away from the whole team.
Set it up
- 1In Google Chat, open the space, click its name → Apps & integrations → Webhooks (Manage webhooks), and add a webhook named “Timerfly”. Copy its URL (it starts with https://chat.googleapis.com/).
- 2In Timerfly, go to Settings → Alerts & emails → Where alerts go → Google Chat → Connect, paste the URL and Save.
- 3Press “Send test alert” and check the space.
