How do I move to a bigger plan in the middle of my year or month?

On Plans, click Upgrade to Pro (or Business). You pay only the difference for the days left, plus GST, and the new plan switches on at once.

2. 2On the plan you want, click Upgrade to ….
3. 3Check the amount (the difference × people × days left) and click Pay.

Your paid-until date stays the same; when you renew, it’s at the new plan’s price.

A smaller plan starts when you renew: request it on Plans and we’ll switch it then. On autopay, or a plan we set up for you by invoice, request the change and we’ll do it.
