- How do I change our company name or time zone?In Settings → Organization, click the pencil next to the name or the time zone.· For owners and admins

- We work in shifts. Does Timerfly handle that?Yes. Save your shifts once, then put people on them day by day on Work schedule. Late and early marks follow each person’s shift.3 steps· For managers and admins
- How do I plan the week on Work schedule?Click Edit schedule, pick the days in the grid, choose a shift, then Save. Everyone selected gets it.4 steps· with a picture· For managers and admins
- How do I copy last week, or start the week again?Copy last week puts last week’s plan on this week. Clear week puts everyone shown back on their usual hours.· For managers and admins
- On a night shift, which day does the work count on?The day the shift starts. A 10 PM – 6 AM shift on Monday is Monday’s work, hours after midnight included.
- I changed a shift after the person started work. Are their hours right?Yes. Time already recorded for that day and the next morning is sorted again under the new shift. Nothing is lost.
- Can I plan shifts in Excel, or print the rota?Yes. Download → Excel, change the hours, then Upload Excel. Download → PDF gives the week to print or share.3 steps· For managers and admins
- Can an employee ask for a day off, another shift or a swap?Yes. On Work schedule, click Ask for a change. A swap goes to the colleague first, then to the manager.4 steps· with a picture
- How do I answer shift requests?Under Shift requests on Work schedule: the colleague in a swap clicks Agree or No; then the manager or an admin clicks Approve or Decline.· with a picture
- Where do I see my shifts?On Work schedule: your row is first, with your department’s week around it (or everyone’s, or just yours, as your admins chose). The app also reminds you when your day starts.· For employees
