Timerfly

Timerfly + CRM, BI and your own systems (API)

Timerfly’s REST API gives your own systems the same numbers the app shows: who worked which days, when they arrived and left, hours, productive time, projects and leave. It’s read-only and uses one key per company, made by an owner or admin.

On the Business plan, and in the 14-day free trial.

What you get

  • A nightly sync of attendance and hours into Zoho CRM, HubSpot or your ERP.
  • Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards on top of daily attendance and productivity.
  • Google Sheets that refresh themselves with Apps Script (example on the developer page).

Set it up

  1. 1In Timerfly, go to Settings → API & integrations → API keys, name the key after what will use it, and copy it (it’s shown once).
  2. 2Call https://api.timerfly.com/api/v1/me with the header Authorization: Bearer <your key> to check it works.
  3. 3Read what you need — for example /api/v1/days?from=2026-09-01&to=2026-09-30 for a month of attendance. The full reference is on the developer page.
